Its high degree of competitiveness and its focus on foreign trade are reflected in that roughly 70% of its products are exported to key markets, including France, Germany, Italy, United States and Mexico. Technological innovation and the adoption of Industry 4.0 to improve the efficiency and quality of the processes underpin the sector’s high degree of competitiveness.
